The aim of our veterinarians in providing hospice care is to provide your pet with a good, pain free, quality of life.
Your pet has given you the gift of a lifetime of unconditional love. As their bodies start to age is a time when you get to repay them for their years of faithful service by ensuring that their lives continue to be as pain free and enjoyable as possible. Our veterinarians work closely and compassionately with you to ensure that the your pet is kept comfortable and use a combination of pain medications and laser therapy designed specifically for them. Our aim in hospice care is to provide your pet with a quality of life with as little pain as possible.
Our amazing, skilled, and compassionate veterinarians will work with you every step of the way to assess the quality of your pets life and help guide you to determine when it is the right time to make the most difficult decision a pet owner faces.
When this time comes, we have a dedicated bereavement room at the veterinary hospital that is designed to be as comfortable as possible for both you and your pet. The room is located so that you do not have to be in the waiting room of the hospital, and has a separate exit so that you can leave without having to walk back through the hospital.
If you would prefer to keep your pet at home for this procedure, our veterinarians make house calls so that your pet can remain in their home.
