The spay or neuter procedure is generally performed in the morning at Jefferson Veterinary Hospital. One of our competent veterinary technicians will be with your pet as they are prepared for anesthesia, and one of our experienced veterinarians will perform the spay or neuter procedure. Your cat or dog will be comforted by their assigned veterinary technician as they recover from the surgery, and you will be able to bring your pet home with you later that day.
